Grounded in the real challenges rabbis are facing in this heightened moment, the course is designed to be informative and immediately applicable—whether you’re facilitating community dialogue, supporting congregants in disagreement, or leading through moments of tension within your institution.

Engage a series of concise video teachings led by experienced mediator and facilitator Cara Raich
Explore take-home resources, including a PDF of key strategies from the course and text sheets for Torah study
Gain practical frameworks, language, and tools for approaching hard conversations with greater confidence, clarity, and care
Learn at your own pace and on your own time.
