Emma Kraft is the Special Projects Manager at Atra: Center for Rabbinic Innovation.
With over eight years of experience in project management, fundraising, and nonprofit leadership, Emma specializes in helping organizations meet and exceed their goals by managing cross-organizational projects and events. Before joining Atra, Emma served as an Individual Giving Manager at HIAS, where she managed a portfolio of over 600 donors and oversaw a $1.7 million annual fundraising goal. She has extensive experience organizing high-impact virtual and in-person events, mentoring staff, and streamlining organizational systems.
Previously, Emma held roles in individual giving and donor relations at Footsteps, where she led fundraising initiatives and supported organizational leadership. Throughout her career, Emma has had meaningful experiences working with Jewish leaders, including during her time as a service corps member with Avodah, and at Camp Alonim, where she deepened her connection to Jewish community leadership. These experiences have shaped her understanding of the intersection between Jewish values and organizational work, which she brings to her role at Atra.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys long walks in the park, connecting with friends and family, and cheering on the 2024 WNBA Champions, the New York Liberty.
