Rabbi Gabe Falk recently moved to L.A. with his family and is building Torat Shalhevet, a ‘Beit Midrash for Parents’ out of Shalhevet High School, where he also teaches. Before moving to Los Angeles, Gabe served as the Assistant Rabbi of Green Road Synagogue in Beachwood, Ohio where he was instrumental in building the Community Beit Midrash.

Gabe earned semicha at Yeshiva University, is an alumnus of the Wexner Graduate Fellowship and is working toward a Masters in Jewish History at Revel. As an undergraduate, Gabe studied History and Economics at Columbia University. Upon graduating, he spent three years as a financial services consultant before deciding to devote his life to building Jewish community. Gabe is the founder of UWS Jews, a thriving grassroots community for Orthodox young professionals living on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

Most importantly, together with his wife Debra, Gabe is a proud parent to Meital, Elisha and Betzalel.
