Atra and the Association for Reform Jewish Educators are proud to be partnering on the newest iteration of the Rabbinic (re)Design Lab – exclusive for clergy educators who are members of ARJE! This experience will be facilitated by Rabbi Mike Mellen with several featured guests.
This 5-workshop collaborative and fast-paced virtual experience will guide and challenge Reform Clergy Educators through the Atra innovation methodology, providing a hands-on approach in real time to bring a new program or initiative to your community. The curriculum has been adapted to address the specific challenges and opportunities that impact this distinct group.
The Rabbinic (re)Design Lab cohort consists of the following elements:
Five 90 minute innovation and group coaching labs between February and April 2023
Structured peer support and small group collaboration to respond to and plan for the emerging conditions and needs in your communities
Support and guidance in strengthening, implementing, and evaluating a new project or program
Access to expert group coaching as you apply new learnings to shape your community’s future
One-on-one personal coaching
With gratitude to ARJE and several additional funders, registration is discounted to $450 per participant. Additional scholarship is available for individuals with limited Professional Development funds – please contact Rabbi Arianna Gordon at agordon@temple-israel.org to apply for financial support.
Please contact us at shalom@atrarabbis.org with any questions about this form or other non-scholarship questions. Sessions start on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 and registration will close on Sunday, February 19.
