About the Program

Atra’s Using Your Rabbinic Voice to Lead Difficult Conversations CoAP brings rabbis together for five peer-led sessions focused on navigating the hardest conversations in community life. Participants explore what it means to lead with courage, care, and accountability while tending to the wellbeing of their communities.

Who Can Apply

Applications open to rabbis at all stages of their careers who have completed one of the following: Atra’s Facilitating Difficult Conversations course, Atra’s Navigating Difficult Conversations Masterclass, or prior training or experiences in this area.

Reflect with fellow rabbis on real challenges you’re facing
Exchange focused feedback and consultation
Experiment with new approaches using Atra’s Applied Torah Cycle
Build supportive accountability and spark new ideas together
