Brigid Goggin

Brigid Goggin is the Deputy Executive Director at Atra: Center for Rabbinic Innovation.

As a member of Atra’s senior leadership team, she sets organizational priorities and leads the strategy and development of the organization’s programs and initiatives.

Prior to joining Atra in 2023, Brigid spent nine years at Temple Israel of Boston, where she helped implement the synagogue’s strategic vision through creative and responsive program design. Working closely with clergy and community partners, she developed and expanded initiatives that addressed the spiritual, educational, and social needs of the Greater Boston Jewish community.

Brigid is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She earned her B.A. in Applied Anthropology from Hendrix College and served for two years in AmeriCorps at an intergenerational literacy nonprofit in Boston. She later received her Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School along with a Certificate in Religious Studies and Education, co-sponsored by the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Brigid lives in Brooklyn with her partner, Tyler, and enjoys seeing live music, theater, and comedy whenever she can.
