Dalia brings over a decade of experience in supporting and expanding non-profit communities, with expertise in development, major gift fundraising, grant proposals, community engagement, and program management.
Her career includes roles at BBYO, Hillel International and multiple campus Hillels. As the development director at UC Berkeley Hillel, she worked with colleagues and philanthropic partners on a successful $10 million capital campaign while simultaneously developing strategies to grow the organization’s annual campaign.
Dalia is an active member of her local Jewish community. She leads IYUN Jewish learning circles for parents, runs educational and volunteer programs at her local synagogue, and organizes monthly women’s gatherings. She is passionate about Jewish wisdom and text, and has studied with exceptional educators in institutions such as Hadar, IYUN, Kevah, Pardes, and the Shalom Hartman Institute.
A graduate of the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at NYU, Dalia concentrated in Women’s Narratives of Oppression and Rebellion and minored in Judaic Studies. She also spent a formative year in Israel on the KIVUNIM: New Directions gap-year program. Originally from Boston, Dalia now lives with her family in New Jersey.
