With experience in synagogues as a professional, a lay leader, and a faculty member teaching rabbis, cantors, and educators, she now works as a leadership coach and consultant with local and national organizations across North America. Michelle has experience in supporting others to move ideas forward, align programs with their values or gain clarity about an important decision.
