Emma Kraft is the Chief of Staff at Atra: Center for Rabbinic Innovation, where she manages the organization’s internal rhythm, systems, and communications, liaises with the board, and contributes to the long-term strategy that shapes Atra’s growth.
Over the past year at Atra, Emma has led key projects including Atra’s rabbinic pipeline initiative. She brings nine-plus years of experience in project management, fundraising, and nonprofit leadership, including as the Individual Giving Manager at HIAS and in donor relations at Footsteps.
Earlier in her career, Emma served as an Avodah corps member and worked at Camp Alonim. These experiences that deepened her commitment to Jewish community building and still inform how she works today. She’s excited to continue to help Atra grow sustainably and thoughtfully
Outside of work, she enjoys long walks, quality time with friends and family, and watching 2024 WNBA champions the New York Liberty.
