Faith Brigham Leener is the Senior Strategist for the Rabbinic Pipeline Initiative at Atra: Center for Rabbinic Innovation
Faith Brigham Leener is a strategist, field-builder, and coach known for her clarity, relational intelligence, and ability to communicate across complexity. She works at the intersection of leadership development, strategic advising, and spiritual and communal ecosystem design.
Faith previously served as Chief Innovation Officer at the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies, where she partnered closely with senior leadership to shape long-term vision, design new initiatives, and strengthen leadership and learning pipelines across North America and Israel. She continues to serve Pardes as a Senior Advisor, supporting strategic thinking and organizational evolution.
Faith was the Founding Executive Director of Base, leading the model from early ideation through national scale and successful integration into Mem Global. This work reflects her ability to translate innovative ideas into sustainable institutions while holding culture, people, and mission at the center.
Faith has served on the board of Atra since its inception and is excited to support the organization and its professional team in this new capacity. She is deeply committed to strengthening the rabbinic field and supporting healthy, values-rooted leadership capable of meeting an emerging future that is complex, fractured, and in deep need of relational leadership, shared meaning, and spiritual depth.
In addition to her professional roles, Faith is the Rebbetzin of Prospect Heights Shul in Brooklyn, where she is actively engaged in community building. She is a mindfulness practitioner and writer, and is currently participating in Thomas Hübl’s Timeless Wisdom Training (TWT), which integrates trauma-informed practice, contemplative insight, and systems thinking.
Faith lives in Brooklyn with her husband and their three children.
