What’s Involved:

You’ve led your community through countless changes in the past few years. How do you pause to take stock of all that you’ve done? And how do we determine what’s next?

Through five workshops and individualized coaching, the Rabbinic (re)Design Lab offers a pluralistic cohort-based approach to empower spiritual leaders as they reflect, collaborate with colleagues, plan for new work, and apply their learnings in real time as we use the challenges of the moment as opportunities for progress and growth.

Drawing on Atra’s expertise and proven methodology, we invite you to join us and a collaborative cohort of peers to renew your calling, engineer new solutions to existing problems, and respond to the needs of your community members.

“Innovating and change management often feels like pushing against the waves, so it meant a lot to become part of a community that is passionate about this work, and encourages each other to continue on.”
