Modeled after 8 years of highly impactful national rabbinic fellowships, the Rabbinic (re)Design Fellowship for Northern New Jersey will convene up to 15 of the region’s most talented and innovative spiritual leaders to elevate and evolve their practice as they apply their learning in real time and create new initiatives and partnerships to enhance Jewish life in the region.

One-to-One Coaching: Receive personalized coaching and mentorship from Atra’s experienced staff and faculty, fostering your professional growth.
Seed Funding Opportunities: Get a chance to apply for grants to kickstart new projects and partnerships that will benefit the Jewish community.

Ordination or investment from a recognized seminary or yeshiva, or an advanced degree in rabbinics.
A salaried role in a Jewish organization within Bergen, Hudson, or Passaic counties, NJ.
Intent to continue in your current role for at least a year after the fellowship.
Decision-making authority within your organization, with support from supervisors or key stakeholders.
Full commitment to all fellowship components, including workshops, seminars, and mini-missions.
